Behrens Ranch is located just 2 miles West of IH 35 and consists of 994 homes. The community is comprised 9 different sections with varying lot sizes. Each section is surrounded by limestone walls and is interconnected by sidewalks on each side of the street. The area is now built out but the developer imposed stringent restrictions on the builders in the community so that all homes were built to not only look good new but into the future as well. These building restrictions lower maintenance costs for owners but the designed purpose is to allow all the homes to look good for years to come. A prime example of this is the requirement for 4 sides masonry first floor (70 to 90% total structure) and galvanized metal fence posts.
