Chris is a native Texan and has called Central Texas his home since 1984. After working at the State Capitol for 10 years, Chris transitioned into his real estate career in 1997 and worked for a few home builders over the next 14 years. Reaching the top level of home sales and satisfaction ratings many times was fulfilling in many ways, but the greatest experience came from the in-depth knowledge he gained in construction and building techniques. It was a natural fit for Chris to transition that background into helping clients as a Realtor®.
His clients have found his construction experience to be helpful in all three facets of residential real estate buying, selling, and building. Having negotiated hundreds of transactions, he is definitely the one you want on your side.
Chris prides himself on being there for clients after the sale as well. Chris treasures the relationships he has made by helping clients with their real estate needs. He manages successful transactions by creating an environment where proper expectations are set and the client's needs are obtained. Chris maintains that happy clients are the best form of advertising and continue to receive repeat business and referrals from his past clients. Being consistent, reliable, and accountable to his clients is paramount.
Chris and his wife Marjorie are native Texans. Chris has lived in Austin proper since 1987 while Marjorie is an "Austinite" since birth. They now live in Georgetown after 21 years in Round Rock and many years in Austin. Marjorie is a Realtor® and has joined Chris' team. They enjoy traveling, seeing local musicians, and spending time on their back patio. They are active in their church and believe in giving back to their community through several charities and giving circles. Chris is an active HOA volunteer and both Marjorie and Chris have been and continue to be on the board for several charities.
