2021 - September 18th - Fall Neighborhood Garage Sale

December 4th 2021 - 9 a.m. - Depending on Covid Status - Either Santa will do a Drive by at Every Home or There will be Breakfast with Santa at the Amenity Center - If there is a "Breakfast with Santa" , Santa will arrive in Grand Style at 9 am. Donuts, Breakfast Tacos, Coffee, Hot Chocolate provided. Pictures with Santa. Crafts for the Kids.

2022 TBD - Easter Egg Hunt at the field next to the Amenity Center

June 4th 2022 - Beginning of Summer Bash at the Amenity Center and Pool - Burgers, Hotdogs, Drinks supplied.

2022 - TBD - 4 to 7 p.m. - Oktoberfest - Beer, Braughts, Hotdogs and German Music.
